Hi, I’m Trish.
I believe therapy works best when you can show up as yourself-not when you feel like you have to say the “right” thing in a clinical, overly formal space.
My style is conversational, collaborative, and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, helping you make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work with you toward meaningful change. You can expect compassion and respect, but also honesty, curiosity, and probably some humor along the way.
My clinical experience includes working with adults navigating trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, chronic stress, and complex life circumstances. I bring that experience into a space that is grounded, approachable, and tailored to the individual sitting across from me.
Beyond the therapy room
When I’m not working, I’m usually outside, working in the garden, experimenting with sourdough, spending time with my husband, or being supervised by a very opinionated dog. I believe there’s a lot of value in ordinary things—good conversation, humor, getting your hands dirty, and finding moments of peace in the middle of a very busy life.
